I work with teens and adults whose lives are out of balance, whose stressors have become greater than their resources. Emphasis is in trauma-induced depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
Additional Information:
Brock has worked as a university professor, a product developer, an entrepreneur, and a human resource consultant prior to returning to his love, counseling. He has lived outside the U.S. for 17 years, and in Hancock County since 2008. Published research includes the topics of intercultural communication, organizational change, and the psychology of rural economic development.
People don’t seek counseling because they are ill. They do so because they are courageous. They have courage to confront themselves. They have courage to not conform to the dysfunction of society, unlike people who simply become NPCs. My job is to encourage their courage.
