Memorial Medical Clinic Carthage proudly welcomes three new professionals, Mollie Sanchez, PMHNP-BC; Lindsay Brummell, LCPC; and Gavin O’Neil, LCSW, to the Behavioral Health team. The addition of these three team members will expand the ability to provide compassionate mental health care close to home.
Mollie Sanchez is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has been a registered nurse since 2012 and has experience in inpatient psychiatric care, emergency room, and outpatient behavioral health care. Mollie graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Mollie’s clinical interests include children and adolescents with psychiatric symptoms, medication management, social and emotional skills, as well as maternal and perinatal mental health. Mollie is accepting new patients between the ages of 5 and 17.
Lindsay Brummell is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Quincy University in Quincy, IL, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mt. Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, IA. Lindsay has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals suffering from behavioral health conditions/disturbances in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Lindsay also has training in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DPT), as well as utilizes a collaborative/compassionate approach to foster hope, healing, and resilience. Lindsay is accepting new patients across the lifespan.
Gavin O’Neil is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). He received his Master’s of Social Work degree from Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, and his Bachelor’s of Social Work from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Gavin has experience in community-based clinics, special education within school systems, and counseling and consultation services for behavior interventionists in behavior-specific programs in Idaho, Iowa, and Illinois. Gavin’s clinical interests include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Behavioral Disorders, and Special Education. Gavin is accepting new patients between the ages of 3 and 20.
