Memorial Hospital FOCUS Fitness Gym is excited to announce an upcoming open house on Thursday, April 27. This event is free and open to the public and will take place from 4:30-6:30 pm.
Health screenings such as A1C and blood pressure checks will be available, as well as educational booths and nutrition information. Those attending are welcome to ask questions about their health and physical fitness and enjoy some light refreshments. Additionally, there will be equipment demonstrations and a chance to win a free one-year membership.
